The Colibrí Chivito (Bearded Helmetcrest) is one of the most unique and resilient birds in the world, living exclusively in the extreme altitudes of the Andean Páramos. This artifact captures the spirit of this high-mountain dweller through the raw, high-contrast aesthetic of La Linterna’s “Graphic Resistance.”
Carved with precision into linoleum, the design highlights the bird’s distinctive “beard” and crest—features that allow it to survive where others cannot.
