FRUKO PRESIDENTE DE LA SALSA – A LA MEMORIA DEL VIVO 1/2

With the intention of visually representing the multifaceted world of Fruko, five artists were invited to create graphic pieces. Each design honors a specific song from the vast discography of this influential Colombian artist. The project aimed to offer contemporary interpretations of different periods in Fruko’s life, uniquely realized using vintage presses from the 1870s and 1890s – machines with a long history in Cali, likely witnessing Fruko’s many visits. La Linterna and its dedicated team successfully produced these pieces, which serve as a graphic reference to the enduring musical legacy of Maestro Fruko.

The poster is printed on 150gsm Earth Pact paper, featuring a linoleum carving by “Resident Artists” and printed on machines from the 1870s and 1890s. Be aware that the original colors may differ slightly from what is seen in the photograph.
